Staff Therapist

Kierra Holden

Kierra Holden, M.A., is currently a candidate working on completing the required hours for her licensure as a licensed professional counselor (LPC-C). She earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family therapy at Oral Roberts University (ORU). She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Oral Roberts University.

Kierra finds joy in listening to stories and experiences that shaped each individual. She creates a safe atmosphere and allows individuals to be themselves without judgment.  When working with others, Kierra utilizes a systems perspective to understand the individual by exploring various aspects, such as relationships, lifestyle, and past experiences, to identify patterns and areas where the individual is stuck. She hopes that each client will gain valuable skills, grow in self-awareness, and become confident in who they were created to be.

Kierra has most frequently worked with clients who struggle with anxiety, relational issues, self-worth, emotional regulation, grief/loss, and some addictions (alcohol/drugs/pornography). She meets clients where they are and considers it a privilege to walk alongside others in their journeys to find hope, value, and healing.

In her free time, Kierra enjoys spending time at coffee shops, being with her friends, and playing with her cat.
